How does the online order process work?

Orders placed on our website will be confimed by Eternal Weddings, via phone or email within 24 hours, to confirm your order details and to give you a delivery quote and expected delivery date.  Your credit card will not be billed instantaneously. Charges to your credit card will not be made until Eternal Weddings have confirmed your order via phone or email.

What items can be shipped?

All of the products on our website are shippable except wedding gowns, bridesmaid, flowergirl and communion dresses as these items need to be fitted properly by one of our expert staff members.

How long does shipping take?

Once we have contacted you with the the details of your order we will also give you and estimated time of delivery.

Where do we ship to?

Orders can be shipped within Australia and internationally. We will give you delivery quote before payment is processed.  Any duties incurred are the responsibilty of the customer and must be paid at the time the duties are charged to Eternal Weddings.

How are items shipped?

On completion your order will be dispatched to you via Fastaway couriers.  All deliveries must be signed for before being received. A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your order to your door.

How much does shipping usually cost?

Delivery charges are calculated by weight.

Can items be picked up from the bricks and mortar store?

Orders can be picked up from our store or alternatively you can view all of our products and discuss any specific requirements you may have with us.

Are your packing materials green?

All of our packaging material is fully recyclable.
